You've got to check out this website http://www.ted.com Ideas Worth Sharing: Inspired talks by the world's greatest thinkers and doers. I've watched Charles Leadbeater: The rise of the amateur professional. He's basically saying that 1% of people want to move from being consumers of information and products to putting suggestions and models out there on how whatever they are consuming can be improved. If you find his video presentation interesting, he has put his entire book that is being published this summer on the web for people to read and critique.
