Re-thinking Blog

I'm taking a small break to rethink this blog. I've been shooting from the hip. When I started, I just wanted a way for old friends to find me. There's certainly enough information already posted for that. I have some concerns about the lack of focus in the blog and I need to understand more about not only the technical aspects of blogging but also about the communication rules. If I'm going to put words out into cyberspace, perhaps I should first figure out whether or not I have anything to say.
