Human Rights Legislation

My daugher emailed a copy of her independent study of the history of Human Rights legislation in Canada. Although independent studies were available when I was in University, I don't think I ever actually knew anyone who did one. I'm still unclear about the requirements for an independent study as the prof said hers looked more like a dissertation to him. Anyway, I'm up-to-date on Human Rights and I'm off exploring what the web has to say about independent studies.
